■ The cured product has excellent electrical properties, low shrinkage, strong adhesion, good resistance to cold and hot circulation and atmospheric aging.
■The surface of the cured product is flat, the gloss is excellent, the insulation is moisture-proof and acid and alkali resistant, the heat dissipation performance is good, and the flame retardancy is excellent.
