Waen®UV301 is a one-component, UV-curable epoxy adhesive. The ultraviolet wavelength can cure quickly at 200-400nm, which is easy to use and can greatly improve efficiency.
■High viscosity, close to contact deformation and certain fluidity, convenient for construction
■Excellent adhesion strength to a variety of materials such as plastic, glass, and metal
■High transparency, fast curing and surface drying speed
■It has moisture resistance, weather resistance, and heat resistance
■It can be applied by automatic mechanical sizing, which is convenient for operation
Waen®UV301 cures under UV lamp irradiation with sufficient intensity and time, and the UV wavelength can be quickly cured and deep cured at 365nm. The curing speed of the colloid and the final deep and surface curing effect depend on the ultraviolet energy absorbed by the colloid, among which the light intensity, wavelength, irradiation time and spectral distribution of the light source, the ultraviolet optical rotation of the sticky object, the accumulation thickness of the colloid, the distance between the light source and the colloid, etc. will affect the final curing result of the colloid.
