■Features:
Waen®UV400 is a protective coating that cures UV/VIS and is capable of moisture secondary curing. Coatings that are not cured in shaded areas can be fully cured in 2-3 days in an air environment. The formulation is based on solvent-free modified urethane acrylates one-component formulations designed to protect printed circuit boards, especially PCBs with shadowed areas. It has a bright blue fluorescence and can be very convenient to monitor the coating application online. The coating can cure in seconds, resulting in faster production speeds, higher yields and lower costs.
